Fits - Ford Focus RS MK 2  

The intercooler is exclusively made in the UK to our design and specification by a leading motorsport fabrications specialist. It uses a tube and fin alloy core with a cooling surface area over 96% larger than the original. The highly efficient core is the same design used on the Williams / Palmer F2 cars. It also features special alloy flow diverter plates designed to ensure that all air that enters through the bumper aperture flows through the intercooler for maximum cooling effect.
 
We found on the road and during testing on the chassis dyno the air charge temperatures didn’t exceed 40 degrees Centigrade, Further proving the efficiency of the product.

The original intercooler outlet hose also offers a huge flow restriction as its shape is squashed to allow clearance to the coolant radiator top hose. The GGR intercooler features a revised outlet pipe position and unique silicone hose, removing the need for this restriction.
